WOOD::SST manufactures a wide range of seals used in the industries both in English and hard Metric sizes. SST has a seal specifically used for bad sealing applications, bad ram condition, worn bushings, or pitted stuffing box. The seal is a floating design v-packing, which once installed it is maintenance free. This style of packing has increased packing life and cut down on costly down time.
SST also offers a sealing ring to help in centering the press ram in the case of worn bushings that are either in the barrel or in the gland following ring. It is known as a Centering Gland Ring.
